Villa added four detached ADUs to this 8-unit property in Santa Cruz, CA, introducing three two-bedroom, one-bath layouts at 665 sq. ft. and one three-bedroom, two-bath layout at 1,200 sq. ft. The project was completed in 13 months with just five months onsite and a budget variance of only 0.2%. Built offsite and set on permanent foundations, the new units transformed unused land and carport spaces into high-demand rentals that attracted both short- and long-term tenants.
